Sardjito is a young man from Purwodadi. He successfully graduated from medical school in STOVIA (School tot Opleiding voor Indische Artsen) Jakarta in 1915. He then worked as a doctor in a Hospital in Jakarta for more than one year, then moved to the Institut Pasteur to the year 1920.
