This ancient cot is a bed used to rest by General Gatot Soebroto and his wife and children. The entire material of this cot is made of Old Teak Wood, and has a heavy load that requires at least 6 (six) adult men to lift it. This cot is equipped with a mosquito net that serves to ward off mosquito bites and other small animals while resting. The Gatot Soebroto Museum has 2 (two) ancient cots that are still preserved and in very good condition.
